We are living in an image obsessed society- and either we can conform to silly diets and make our lives unhappy, or then find happiness in being who we are- in a healthy way. Eat sensibly, when your body truly craves for something, and do it because life is short.
So- just remember that you are eating healthily for yourself- not for anyone else, and in the long run it will help you stay alive longer, feel more energetic and lively, and will prevent you from being depressed or anxious
