Hi there,
I have a question for Brian. I am 1.60 metres tall,
weigh 57 kgs and have medium to heavy build. I am
fairly satisfied with my build as I have recently
lost 5 kgs and go to gym 2 or 3 times a week. I have a
bit of muscle definition in my arms and my legs are
quite muscular. My question is how do I get rid of the
last extra kgs of fat which seems to be concentrated on
my waist and stomach area and on my thighs (over the
muscle)? I currently cycle, walk on the treadmill and
do a bit of circuit for a total of 40 minutes. What
can I do lose my layer of padding to reveal the
muscular me?
