If a person goes from 400lbs downto 200lbs in 10 months, what do you think happens to extra skin?
Well, your body uses the fat in your body as energy. That's how you lose fat. You lose skin fold the same way. Skin is actually made up of many cells. These cells are always dying and being replaced. The cells won't need to be replaced as much if there isn't that much fat on your body to cover up anymore.
