I don't know if this will work or not, but one of my friends had the same problem and she said that she did some kind of excercise (I don't know what it's called) That involved holding your elbows out on either side of your body, with your fists in front of you. Then you do 5 sets of 15 pushes back, sticking your chest out. Try it, it worked for her!
