hi guys and girls
this is a guy from india and wants to share his problem with u
my father has got a huge stomach and i am following him right through.i dont know whats the problem but whenever i eat something my stomach bulges and comes out.when ia play tennis and come it goes in and after eating my breakfast again comes out.i dont know what to do.i have got lots of fats over there and this stomach really irritates me.i have gastrick problem by hereditary.i am trying to solve this problem but unable to do so.please suggest me to do something
