Iam an 18 yr old female who has a 1 yr old daughter i only weighed 132 lbs before i got pregnant now i weigh 200 a year later my prob is thys and baby pouch i had a c-section hw can i get rid of my pouch i do 100 sit ups a day and thats with 30 pound weigh on my abs nothings happening why???
