Hey Steve,
You don't want to puncture them. It's just like zits realy.
Popping them usually just causes them to become infected and
red, same idea here. Breasts are mostly just extra body fat,
for men and women. They should be in proportion to the rest
of your body. My advice, loose the extra weight and those things
will come off right with it. As for the lesbian thing, just ask
try to talk to her sometime. Not about the lesbian thing at first
but just small talk. If she seems open, you can let out other
feelings. If she seems as though she wants to leave or turn the
other way, it's best not to pursue. I hope I helped ya out!
