I am 15 years old, and I have recently lost 63lbs, and hope to lose a couple more... I am no longer "fat" but I do have what I guess you could call "fat deposits" on my hips and my ... does anyone know of any exercise that can be done for those two areas, without using a weight bench, and all that?
