Hi! I'll be getting married in about six months' time so i'm kinda desperate to lose weight. I'm a typical "pear" - top ok; bottom heavy. I've tried the treadmill and other weights machine and i've lose some weight. Problem is, i'm finding it tough to continue with the regime and once i slacken, i begin to put on the lost weight quickly. Pls advise me on the type of exercise to trim my thunder thighs and bum, apart from the normal toning exercise for the rest of my body. I build muscles easily, especially around my thighs & calves. I've got a thick waist to go with am ample bum. ....
