Hi Lilly this is Celia. I'm from america. the reason you can't loose weight is because you are liftng weights so much. you see, muscle weighs more than fat. you can't lose weight because lifting weights for an hour is building your muscle, even if you are losing fat, the muscle would keep the actual weight on. lift weights less, and keep working out, and you will lose weight. sincerely, celia
