hi! i heard about a certain diet that pamela anderson
has used.... though i dont recall everything about it,
she had said that she doesnt eat anything carbohydrate
after noon. could that be bad for your health? and
what exactly is it about this diet that works. if
anyone knows, id appreciate some insight. thanks!
