I'm a stress eater, whenever I face pressures the only thing that I'll think of is to eat. I feel much better while eating and tend to forget the problem that bordering me when I'm full. Therefore, my weight fluctuares. I'll be slimmer with less pressures and put on weights when I've to face pressures. However, the main problem that bordering me is that when I put on weigh, I'll feel guity and regret. Then, I'll be very down and unhappy with how I look. Sometimes, I may be very depressed. Of course, I've think of exercising. Last time , I used to exercise frequently. I used to go for brisk walking. Nevertheless, because I'm loaded with homeworks, assignments, irregular classes and tutorials recently I stop exercising. I tend to lose interest in things that I love to do previously!
Can anyone who has experienced college or uni life suggest to me how I can deal with my pressures in studies? And of course, how I can overcome my stress- eating habit.

I'll be very greatful to you if you give me some advices or suggestions.
Thank you.
