I'm a 15-year-old male too. I'm 68 inches. I have the same
problem that you do. I've got a little pooch on my stomach
that I'm constantly fighting. Try to eat more health food
and also try to speed up your metabolisim. There's a how-to
guide in this page. Sit-ups and crunches help with your
stomach, but you should do twist crunches for your love
