Even I don't have much endurance, try something basic at first, like walking at a moderate pace, but add variety from day to day. As a runner I do different stuff like one day would take longer than others, because it would be a hard day, and on another day it would be light, doing something simple. Endurance I find is more natural for others, but you could like jog for 3min. and walk for 2, and then jog for another 3 and walk for 1, or however you chose. Whatever you do don't clump things altogher, I find that mentally strenuous. Oh yeah have fun while working out, without that you might drive yourself insane.
