I find that you should do something that you like, don't run because you don't like it. Set up a goals for yourself, nice easy goals that you can acheive but you sorta have to work at it, that will build some determination to excercise. But don't think of it as an exercise, think of it as something fun. Sometimes when I get bored in the basement and the music is cranked up I danse to it, for long periods. Sweets are yummy, but find something that is good for you and still yummy, don't eat so many at a time though. well that's all I can think of for now.
