I think heavy backpacks are a problem. Teachers have heavy books to give students, included everything else that is needed to be carried. My locker like always is at an inconvient spot and since this year the lunch is shortened I have no time to get rid of the books I carried in the morning for afternoon books. People run into eachother with their big bags. I am pretty short and light and I normally carry a 20pound bag. I have lower back problems and my posture is getting worse. The campus of my school is set up like a californian school but in the middle of winter it is hard trying to get to class with a heavy backpack without slipping. (michigan)
