I've been trying to lose weight. The trouble is that I usually don't have the determination to do regular exercises. I tried jogging and swimming..but after a few times, I gave up. Also, I like sweet stuff and I always crave for something sweet after lunch..how sinful!! In addition, when I try to eat less or simple for lunch and breakfast like having sandwiches...i find that I get hungary fast and when I'm hungary, I get really grouchy. Can you help?? Thks.
