I am a 19 year old 217 pound, 5'6" male.
I have been meaning for so long to lose weight,
but everytime i try to exercise, i end up quitting
because i have no endurance, when i do any aerobic
excercise I run out of breath and feel tired only after about 5 or so minutes,
so i was wondering how to build up my endurance, or where to start
if anyone would care to give me any advice
or share personal method or experience i would be very appriciative
