I am a full time working mom and wife and I also work a full time job. I really want to get in shape but i never seem to have time to go to a gym and with a child it makes it alot harder. But to get to the point, I was just wondering if you have any excercise ideas for me to do at home and how many times during the week? I don't need to lose weight I just need to get in shape and flatten my stomach muscles and build up my legs and arms and get rid of my hips. Ever since i had my first child i seem to not be able to get rid of my stomach fat. Please Help!!!
