Hey, being 140# at 5'9 is not a bad thing, that would mean your bmi is like 20- which is considered healthy, almost underweight.Sometimes we all feel bad about our body no matter what though. Now, by having one meal a day you are startving yourself, especially if your calorie and fat count in that is low, your body will be conserving your fat thinking it is starving- therefore you wont lose anything! So eat 3 smaller meals with lotsa healthy low fat low cal snacks- make sure your 3 meals a day are healthy and non fattening- count your calories, judging by how physically active you are you should have about 1000-1350 cals a day if you wanna try to lose.
