I am trying to lose weight, i am 5'3 and 112 pounds and would like to get some help, i work out three time a week for 2 hours (aerobic dance) and then for 15 mins every other night (4 nights) i take about 1300 cals a day and eat low cal and low fat foods, what can i do?
