have you considered these things...
diets aren't really the answer. you should eat right and excercise to keep your body active.
first lets take a look at your "diet". try to avoid foods high in saturated fats and foods high in cholestorol. watch what is in what you eat rather than what you eat. if you dont make your own meals then you could look at the food information on the back of the food before your family cooks it. or if you eat out each restaurant is required to have the nutritional information available to customers. you should start by finding a calorie mid-point. you can get a good idea of what your calorie intake should be by looking at the "Are you Fit" section of Bodies in Motion, and also by checking out the Diet & Excercise sections. they will help you get started. then you can make your own decisions once you start learning the foods you should eat. you should also excercise. light jogging will help a lot. Also, breakfast is the largest meal of the day, lunch should be the second largest, and dinner the smallest. That way you use the calorie's you intake in proportion. I hope this helps ;)

: I am really fat I weigh 159 pounds and I'm only 12 I'm about 5'5 I'm trying diets for such a long time but it never works. the most I could lose was about 3 pounds. I walk every day about 2 kilometers (I don't know how much that is in miles) a couple of months ago I lost a lot of weight but I gained it again and I don't know what to do.
