i run cross country and track now and i am looking for ways to improve my speed and endurance. my daily routine is from 5am i wake up and do a random combination of sit-ups and different stationary things. i get a shower and goto school. after school i go out dancing until 5 or 6 and then i start running on my tread mill. i eat breakfast before school, and lunch at school, but fast after running until breakfast.
it doesn't seem to take a toll on me really..just wondering if it is that bad. but i really need to work on my endurance and speed. plus my abs aren't perfect because i was idle for a long time, over the summer i grew a small tummy. just a little fat not like its a belly or anything. it doesn't stick out or anything unless i try to make it to. i want it to go away. but i dont think the situps are doing it. if you can help it would be great.
