Does anybody out there watch jeopardy? That sounds like a strange question, but I was watching one of the celebrity tournaments recently and got an idea for a paper I need to write for my circuit training class. Carol Burnett, one of the contestants that night was playing for the Hereditary Disease Foundation. That is what sparked my curiosity. For the paper, I would like to prove that exercising on a regular basis can significantly reduce the risk of diseases that run in the family and are said to be inevitably passed on to loved ones. Does anybody have any ideas or facts on the topic? Any websites I can visit? I would love to get your mail on the subject!! Thanks!--Tamara
