For the last 3-weeks I have been on a low-fat, low-carb, high protein (grilled chicken, tuna) diet. I have also been working out at the gym at least 4-days a week. I have started to see and feel some results, but the weight on the scale is not going down at all. What can you suggest? Is there something else I should be doing? Also, what do you think of 'Quick Trim', by Cybergenics? I have 30-days before I have to wear a bathing suit in front of 400+ for a play I am in, and could use some help with my rear-end. I weigh 130lbs, and stand a whopping 5'4 1/2" tall.
