Hi agin,
'tis me rese. Forgot to add, that if you would like for your upper body to look larger it never hurts to do resistance training for your deltoids (tops, bakc and middle of your shoulder - all of your shoulders). Also you'd wanna work your traps (trapezius - just below the nape of your neck). Check out our site for the exercises concerning the upper body. They work great and give great definition to your upper body - hence making it look bigger and built! ;-)

: Joe Blow,
: If you don't have weights, there is always the option of using such things as soup cans for weights. I started off with soup cans - they worked. This may seem like a long shot, but you can always check out yard sales for weights or adjustable weights. You'd be surprised at how much cheaper the weights are and they still serve the same purpose...if you haven't a bench on hand you could always try using a regular bench...it doesn't have to be an actual weight lifting bench. Or, if you can manage it, try using a chair and modifying the exercise so you can do the exercise on the chair. The exercises we present here on this page can be easily modified (and we have the variation offers) to fit just about anyone's weight lifting equipment.
: always!
