Mike my dear, the only thing I can say to getting big fast (will assume you are talking about muscle here) is to simply do resistance/strength training. Weight lifting is always good as it will tone and add definition to your muscles - in turn making you look bigger. ;-) Also, I found that doing a lot of running helps to add a lot (and I mean A LOT) of definition to your quads (short for quadriceps - your front thigh muscles) pretty quickly. It's important to always remember to stretch as well, as that will help your muscles grow and not tear as easily when you are working it harder than before. ;-) Kudos to you Mike and good luck hon! Ya gotta stick with the routine dilligently, work hard - pushing yourself to work out six times a week and within a couple of weeks you will find that you will look bigger. Try some of the strength training exercises we offer here ;-)
