You may want to try an add some variety to your workout program - play some basketball or go surfing. Try out new ways of working out, or even yoga. You could also do more weightlifting to increase muscle mass and increase the rate at which you burn calories (metabolism...of which you probly already know about...) Good luck Lilly!
