Quick suggestions, but I'll post more stuff when I find them.
Try doing some exercises at your desk.
Do simple stretches.
Instead of taking the elevator use the escalator.
Do neck rolls, rotate your wrists and ankles.
Try doing mini leg lifts by extending your lower leg and then slowly lowering it back to starting position.
How long do you have for a lunch break? Cuz if you have a long enough break you could probably go to the gym, or take a quick jog (after having changed out of your secretary clothing into something more comfortable) - jog up and down the stairs in your office building or jog around the building (whichever is safer).
