I have played sports most of my life, but last year I gratuated from high school and attended college in Virginia. This year I am a sophmore in college and I am extremely weight conscience. My freshman year here I gained 3 pounds and I was devastated. My downfall of the whole college situation is that I am not playing sports here. Therefore, I am not exercising as much. I try to run and mile everyday, but actually I only run about 2 maybe 3 days out of a week. In reality, the mile I try to run everyday would be consider a warm-up compare to the sports that I played in high school. In high school I played basketball, volleyball and I ran track. My eating habits are pretty much the same as they were in hight school, but I am not exercising as much. Personally, I can tell that my body is getting more "flabby" and wanted to know if you could help me divise an exercise plan or monitor my calaiore intake. I hardly ever eat fast food and I try to monitor my fat intake, but I find myself eating MORE food. I also find myself eating "SOCIALABLY". This past summer wwhen I went home I lost 5 lbs, so I am trying my best to keep off the weight and to eat healther. I want to particularly focus on my legs (thighs) and my stomach (abs). I also wanted to know if there is a way to tone my arms.
I am 5"8', 150 lbs, average size.
