I have a typical problem, usually when i travel in a bus or attend any mettings
i will get the fear that i may have to go to toilet in between to piss out. So with this fear
i go to the meetings. After some time i get the arge to piss, so i have to get out before
every one which is very shame full. This problem has become so much that now i am afraid
to go to any long time meetings. So i think it is purely a physcological problem.
So can you please suggest me how to get out of this problem
