I'm working in a big company as a secretary, so I'm very busy all the time. And I have been working in our sealed building for more than 2 years. Every day I get up at 6 and then take the shuttle bus which is not far away from my home. And I come back at 6 in the afternoon or even more later. So I have no time to do some exercises out of the door. I may do sport on weekend of course, but it is not enough I think. I hope I have more chances to do some exercises during the weekdays. Does anyone have some good suggestions? Thank you.
