I've been into weight training for a couple of years now but I hav'nt seen any remarkable result yet. I gained several pounds, though and add some extra muscle on my chest. but the rest of my body isn't responding to the training I am doing. Can somebody give me at least some views or opinion about my delema.( I'm confused already the fact that every fitness magazine gives different ideas ) Thanks.
