I'm having difficulty losing weight. I've been at my current weight (160) for about 5 years now. Prior to that, I weighed between 115-125 for most of my adult life. I am 38 and 5'5. I am completly frustrated and need help. In May I started Kickboxing 4-5 times a week. This seems to have helped tone, somewhat, but no weight loss. Two day ago I started to keep track of my caloric intake. I'm trying to keep it around 1600. My next step is to add weight lifting 3 X week. Am I on the right track? Is there anything that I can do that would be better?
