There is no way you are going to get in shape in 2 days. But one thing that works is to eat healthy (fruits and vegatables) and have a positive attitude. If you think you are going to make the team, you probably will. Before you go to sleep every night, visualize that you are on the team and throwing perfect passes (football) or whatever the sport is. Just try your best. Good Luck!! You can do anything you put your mind to.
