I'm 15 years old, I'm about 5'6" and I weigh, between 125 and 130. Everything I have looked at says that I'm in healthy weight range. But I still feel fat. When I was twelve I was 5'4" and weighed 164. Then I suddenly started losing it so fast and couldn't stop (and to be honest I didn't was to stop) I eventually had to go to the doctor, because I always felt sick and could never eat anything, that just made me lose it faster and I still didn't mind. After I got down to 120, I just stopped losing weight, I want to be down to 110-115, but no matter how hard I try I can't lose any more weight, I just keep gaining it. And I'm afraid I'm going to get over weight again. How can I start losing the weight again?
