Hi I have an enquiry regarding the benefits of powerwalking in relation to lowering my body fat levels.....I have just started powerwalking for 45min before breakfast 6days a week but wonder whether I should also combine this with aerobics aswell? I would also appreciate some information on the pros and cons of high protien diets in relation to weight loss specifically fat loss. Any info would be greatly appreciated !
