Hello,

My name is Jeff and I came across this web site and
thought I would ask for some advice. In about 11
months I went from being around 290 to approxiamately
200 today. I am about 6ft tall and I did this by
taking an hour long walk every day, a karate class
three times a week, riding a bike about once or twice
a week and eating a healthy diet. Recently I began
jogging as well. I still do all this but
I am planning to join the navy and am concerned that
I still won't be able to physically "hack it". Does
anybody out there have any suggestions or advice on
how I can improve even more?
