most of america wants to lose weight, but i want to gain weight. i weight 155, 5" 8' and exercise 3 days a week working 1 exercise
per body part. i'm very active, take 7 flights of stairs daily, rollerblade 2-3 hours a week, mow lawns (walking for 1.5 hrs a week)
when i lift i try to stay within 8-10 reps, 3 sets. my diet is about 2000 cal, 35g fat, approx 80g protien. i eat foods like tuna, non fat pretzels
metrx, ham sandwich, rice cakes, pasta, water. i can't seem to gain any weight. also by weight, i mean muscle weight, what's the problem???
can you give me some suggestions????
