I am 18 yrs old, I play rugby at quite a high level and because of this I have a high fitness level.
I don't have that much fat on my body, however the only part of my body that concerns me is around my chest. I have what seems like a dis-proportionate amount of fat on my chest.
Can anyone recommend an exercis or something I could do to lose fat in this area.
