I am currently in my 23rd week of pregnancy. My whole life I have been slender and never had to worry about my weight, except for trying to gain it. Now, my doctor says that I am overweight for being only 23 weeks. Could anyone suggest some exercises for me to do during my pregnancy and afterwords that will help me be able to lose my weight more easily after my baby is born?
