Hi. I know what it is like to have good intentions, then sort of drop out after awhile. I found that by making sure I had lots of freshness and lots of flavor in my food, eating became more pleasurable and healthier at the same time. For example, instead of buying flavored yogurts that just taste fake and surgary, I get some plain yogurt and add lots of fresh berries. Just looking at it makes me feel better than if I was looking at a processed container. Presentation is key!
I also add lots of herbs to my food, which takes minimal effort. I try to make everything look good on a plate in small portions. A trick I learned when I was in Japan.
