You do have the self-esteem to do it (despite the fact that I do not know you personally, the fact you've been able to ask for help is signal enough to show that you do have the motivation and self-esteem to try your best and hardest at doing things). Mayhap you could try finding a workout buddy with whom you can motivate as well. A book you may like reading (if you can spare the time) is that of Pete McWilliam's "Do It!" - the guy motivates you as well as let's you see how you are indeed a special human being. Listening to lively music (ie: Spice Girls, dance music, Chumbawumba's Tubthumping) can help to keep yourself fit by motivating you to move (you can't help but want to dance when listening to good dance music). You do have the self-esteem to yourself fit. So long as you try, get up from falling, and keep on trying - you will keep yourself fit. Take it one day at a time and you'll see that you do have the self-esteem and motivation to keep fit and have a most lovely beautiful body.
