I am 33 and never exercised in my life..besides keeping busy raising 2 boys and a full time job.
Lately I have been battling depression and have very low energy for anything. I have gained about 15 lbs. in one year and I am only 5'0" and weight about 125 lbs. My body fat is about 25%.
I would like to know about how to start to exercise and get moving again. Any suggestions on vitamins? Diet?
Cardio Vascular exercises and getting my body fat to a low percentage?
Please help. I am only a size 6, but feel like a size 16.
Overall, I eat somewhat healthy. Not too much meat.
Some Salads, but hate water. I am lactose intolerant, so I do without cheese, butter and all dressings.
