I'm in my mid-40's and I've decided to get back in shape. Infortunately I've had two surgeries on my left knee and I've sprained my right ankle, severly, more times than I can count.
I've noticed that just about every exercise program includes running of some sort. Is it possible that I can replace the running with rollerblading because of my knee and ankle problems, and if so how much longer would I have to rollerblade to get the equivalent to the running you recommend?
