Well, you could also try to increase on your chest exercises...something as simple as doing push-ups (proper form is imperative) and chest flies really help to strengthen the chest muscles (pectorals) - not too sure as to what you mean by no chest though...just remember that some folk have it and some folk don't, meaning some folk do have the genes for washboard abs or perfect chests and some folk don't - BUT that does not mean that you can't work with what you have and improve upon that. If you do strength training with emphasis on your chest area you will find that (if you took measurements before and measurements after) your chest size will have increased by a really small bit.
