How much do you weight?
How long do you work out at the gym?
What kinds of food do you eat?
How much of it do you eat?
Are you sure you want to lose weight, if you are too active then maybe you don't need to. The lbs on the scale may just be muscle weight and not fat, in which case you should be proud of it.
