Work-out! Have to do cardio at least 3 times a week.
Eat. Very important that you eat 6-8 meals a day. Keeps your metabolism burning.
Make sure you eat low-fat high protein diet. After 6:00 p.m. cut out on carbs unless they are natural sources i.e. from vegetables and fruits.
Don't overdo on daily calories. To lose weight you have to reduce your daily calorie intake by at least 200 cals.
Be faithful to your exercise program and you will see results.
