First of all, you have to make a commitment. No matter what, you will do the exercise.
Second of all, you have to find a fitness buddy to talk with - all about fitness etc. Helps keep you motivated.
Lastly, visit this site, print out the diagrams and DO THEM. I promise you, you will see results.
I am 35 years old and had a belly that was 36". In two weeks, my belly is down to 32". I also follow a high protein - low carbs diet program. So you too might have to watch what you eat, especially after 6:00 p.m.
Do the exercises when your stomach is empty. Right before breakfast (the best time) or at least 2 hours before dinner.
Go to the Men's health site by copying the above url. Once there, Sroll down and click on "personal trainer" link. Then, pick a body part (e.g. unbelievable abs). Click on 'HIT IT' gif and enjoy!
I printed the gifs out and posted them on my bedroom wall. I do at least one set (15reps) of each exercise every day. I have lost approximately 4" from my waistline. I know I've learned a lot from these sites. Especially THE PROPER FORM of doing crunches and leg ups etc!
