You might want to write about fitness freaks killing themselves trying to loose weight on low-fat, high carb diet. Most 'dieters' totally ignore the importance of protein and calcium in their diets.
Protein is required to sustain muscle mass and calcium to maintain the bones. most work out freaks forget that their bones take a lot of beating when they work out extensively. I watched a TV program where they showed that people who worked out a lot and didn't eat enough calcium had overused their bones. Example, a 22 year old would have a bones of an 80 year old person.
